The Belgian Worldwide Music Meeting will take place at LaVallée.

Accessibility
LaVallée is easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of Brussels city centre:
- approximately a 15–20 minute walk from Brussels Central Station
- approximately a 20 minute walk from Brussels North Station
- close to the Comte de Flandre / Graaf van Vlaanderen and Ribaucourt metro stops
A secure bicycle parking area is available at the venue.
Please note that Brussels has a Low Emission Zone (LEZ). Check in advance whether your vehicle is permitted under the LEZ regulations of the Brussels-Capital Region.
Street parking and parking in the surrounding area are paid (grey zone), and spaces are limited. We therefore recommend coming by public transport or bicycle whenever possible.

- Pois Chiche will provide a delicious entirely vegetarian lunch. Do you have allergies or other dietary requirements? Feel free to let us know.
The programme will take place in Dutch, French and English. The General Assembly will be held in Dutch and French, while the parallel sessions and plenary panel will take place in English. Throughout the day, everyone is welcome to use the language they feel most comfortable with.

Unable to Attend?
If you unexpectedly can no longer attend, please let us know so we can take this into account.
Are you a member but unable to attend after all? Don’t forget to assign a proxy if needed. You can consult the members list on our website. Please send a short document to info@bwmn.be containing the following: “GA BWMN 21.05 Brussels”, your name, the name of your proxy, your signature, and the date of signing.
